Ocean City police stopped the vehicle at around 8:17 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, the department said in a Facebook post. The vehicle was reported stolen from Camden.
The teens ran away as officers approached the vehicle. They were taken into custody with help from the police department's drone unit.
The arrests included three Egg Harbor City girls: two who were 15 years old and one who was 16. Two Paulsboro boys, ages 14 and 13, and a 16-year-old Woodbury boy were also arrested.
The teens were each charged with third-degree possession of stolen property and obstructing the administration of law.
All six teens were released to their parents.
